Vet Connect – Services for Veterans & Families in Imperial County
Mission:
Vet Connect is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving veterans and their families in Imperial County through outreach, support, and community-driven programs that foster dignity, connection, and hope.
1. Outreach

Description: We actively connect with veterans in the community, including those experiencing homelessness or isolation, to provide resources, guidance, and a bridge to services.

2. Case Management

3. Programs
3.1 Family Programs

- Family-oriented events that celebrate and honor “silent heroes” — mothers, dependents, parents, and spouses of veterans.

3.2 Meal & Grocery Program

Description: Provides prepared meals or a week’s worth of groceries to homeless veterans, veterans at risk, and their families.

3.3 Hygiene & Clothing Program

Description: Supplies essential hygiene kits, clean clothing, and interview-ready attire for homeless veterans or those needing a helping hand during transitions.

3.4 Peer Support

3.6 Pilates Sessions & Local Studio Partnership

Description: In collaboration with local Pilates studios, we offer tailored Pilates classes for veterans. These sessions focus on improving posture, flexibility, core strength, and overall physical conditioning.
